Serviceability and delivery timelines
Govindam Sweets ships eligible products to serviceable locations through available delivery and courier partners. Serviceability, delivery timelines and charges may vary by pin code, product type, weather, festival season and courier capacity.
Some fresh or delicate products may only be available for selected locations or pickup because quality can be affected by transit time and handling.
Address and recipient responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, address, pin code and any landmark or delivery instruction. Govindam Sweets is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
If a recipient is unavailable, courier reattempts and storage practices depend on the delivery partner. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Festival and bulk order delivery
Festival, wedding, corporate and bulk orders should be placed early. Delivery estimates during high-demand periods are not guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing.
Risk of delay may increase during festivals, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, traffic disruption or government restrictions.
