Order cancellation window
Orders can be cancelled before preparation, packing or dispatch starts. Fresh food orders move quickly, so cancellation requests should be shared as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has entered preparation, packing, courier pickup or delivery, cancellation may not be possible because sweets, snacks and gift boxes are perishable and often prepared or packed specifically for that order.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom gifting, wedding bhaji boxes, corporate hampers, personalised packaging and bulk orders may require advance purchase of ingredients, boxes or labour planning. Cancellation terms for these orders may be confirmed separately before acceptance.
If a partial cancellation is feasible, Govindam Sweets may deduct preparation, packaging, payment gateway, courier or other committed costs before refunding the balance.
Cancellations by Govindam Sweets
If Govindam Sweets must cancel an order because of stock, delivery serviceability, payment verification or operational limitations, the customer will be informed and eligible paid amounts will be refunded as per the refund policy.
